Who Richard Heart is

Richard Heart founded HEX, PulseChain and PulseX. The US Securities and Exchange Commission sued him in 2023, and a court dismissed the case in 2025. Finland seeks him over suspected tax fraud, and on 14 October 2026 he was detained in Istanbul, as Turkey’s justice minister confirmed. He has not been convicted of anything.
